The Reflections Program - an Arts
Recognition and Achievement Program For Students
Congratulations to our 2003 Winners!
The National PTA Reflections Program is an arts recognition
program that provides students in Preschool through Grade 12 an opportunity to
create and express their ideas in the areas of Literature, Musical Composition,
Photography, and Visual Arts. Parents, teachers and community members play an
important role in supporting students and their creative endeavors through PTA
arts enrichment.
The 2002-2003 Reflections Theme was “Signs of Courage”.
Locally, 2,289 entries were submitted by 65 schools/councils. 333 entries were
judged at state level. From these entries, judges awarded sixteen First Place
Winners to represent the CT PTA at the National PTA judging. The CT PTA would
like to congratulate all of the state winners for their contributions to the
National PTA Reflections Program!
