Meet Just Between Friends

Just Between Friends is the official PTA communications and membership management system.  The online system was developed to help PTAs efficiently communicate with their school community; earn revenue for their unit; and manage membership.

Manage Members Effectively

It’s simple to use Just Between Friends to manage members.  Administrators can add members or have parents enter or update their own information.  The system makes membership renewal and tracking easy.

 Print Membership Cards Easily

NPTA provides card stock for membership cards.  Just Between Friends automatically formats your members’ information to print seamlessly on the PTA stock. 

Communicate Efficiently

Administrators have the ability to attach files of the most popular formats to their emails; create sub-groups; and automatically send reminders.

Simplify Parents’ Lives

 When a leader sends out an email announcing an event or deadline, it will automatically appear on the household calendar.  And, if the family has children in multiple schools or if parents are members of multiple PTAs, the system will consolidate those events and deadlines into a single customizable calendar.

 Recruit & Manage Volunteers Successfully

 Using Just Between Friends, units are able to recruit, manage and report group volunteer activities.  The volunteer module is suitable for tracking and reporting Three for Me hours.
