Sally A. Boske, Executive Director

Sally A. Boske has been a member of PTA for over thirty (30) years. During that time she has been a local unit secretary and vice president. She was also a council president for three (3) years. On a state level Sally held the positions of secretary, vice president of legislation, acting vice president of membership; bylaws review chair, Bulletin editor and state president. On a national level, she held the position of Membership Chair.

 Ms. Boske has been a member of the Middletown Board of Education for ten (10) years. During those years she has served as the board chair for four (4) years; served on the negotiating committee for all ten (10) years; served as chair of the policy committee for two (2) years; chair of the budget committee for three (3) years and a member of the diversity enhancement committee for three (3) years.

 As the representative from Middletown Board of Education, Sally sat on the ACES governing board for ten (10) years, serving as financial officer for the last three (3) years and was sat on their recent strategic planning committee.

 Sally also served on the Connecticut Associations of Boards of Education (CABE) for nine (9) years; three (3) as area director; two (2) as secretary/treasurer; two (2) as vice president of programs and convention; four (4) on the budget committee and nine (9) years as a member of the convention committee.

 Ms. Boske has also served on a variety of state wide task forces and committee in her capacity as a local board member, a member of CABE and as part of her role at the Connecticut Parent Teacher Association. She sat on the first SDE Parent, Family and Community Partnership task force that designed the first Parent, Family and Community Involvement Policy. She now sits on the advisory committee for the School Governance Councils that are to be established.

 Sally is happily married to Robert and has two wonderful grown sons and two grandsons, which keeps her focus on the wellbeing of children everywhere.

Annie Baldarelli, Membership Liaison/Bookkeeper

Annie Baldarelli has been a PTA member for over twenty (20) years. During that time she was a president at two schools, a treasurer, secretary, and fundraising chair for over 10 years, and was in charge of the talent shows for most of those years. Annie works part time as a receptionist where her children danced for over 14 years.  

Annie is also a member of the New Haven Chapter for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  She has been on this committee for over 10 years now and is instrumental in event planning throughout the year which raises money for the Children of  St. Jude.  The New Haven Chapter is one of the original chapters formed for St. Jude and she is very happy to be a part of it. Her entire family is involved with this organization.

Beth Lubenow- Part Time Office

Beth Lubenow works part time at CT PTSA.  Beth has been involved and still is in her son and her granddaughter’s schools; active in both PTAs and sits on the Hamden Council as Corresponding Secretary. 

Beth takes part in Fundraising in three local schools and helps out on many PTA committees. 

Beth was awarded the “Meg Nowacki  Recognition Award” from the Hamden Council in 2009 for her dedication to PTA.

Beth lives in Hamden with her son Tommy and has a daughter Amy and two granddaughters, Alyssa and Rachel all of Hamden.
